With over 21 years of distinguished law enforcement experience, Steven Oliver brings an insider's perspective to DOT compliance. He retired as a Texas State Trooper in the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Service, served as a Highway Patrol Sergeant, and held Master Peace Officer Certification.

Transitioning from enforcing regulations to guiding carriers, Steven has served as a Director of DOT/EHS, managing compliance for major construction and energy fleets. He holds the Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) designation. Expert witness with a specialty in DOT compliance.
