Steven Oliver, CSHO — Director & Founder
Steven holds the Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) designation and retired as a Texas State Trooper in the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Service. He held Master Peace Officer Certification and served as a Highway Patrol Sergeant. Expert witness with a specialty in DOT compliance.
Training: North American Roadside Part A, B, and C; PHMSA Hazmat Instructor Training.
Transitioning from enforcing regulations to guiding carriers, Steven has served as a Director of DOT/EHS, managing compliance for major construction and energy fleets.
