Transitioning from enforcing regulations to guiding carriers, Steven has served as a Director of DOT/EHS, managing compliance for major construction and energy fleets. He holds the prestigious Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO) designation, held Master Peace Officer Certification, and Retired as a Texas State Trooper in the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Service.
